This webinar covers three types of critical OSHA-mandated records: - Standard Incident Report. Previously known as Form 301, you complete and maintain this document for every recordable injury and illness - Form 300. Log that classifies each incident and notes its extent and severity. - Form 300A. Summary prepared in January that shows totals logged on Form 300 for the prior year in each injury/illness classification. Must be posted from February through April in your workplace Step-by-step instructions are given for completing Forms 300 and 300A. You are guided in reporting repeated hospitalizations to OSHA. You learn the meaning of ’recordable“ incident.
